如何購買 How to place order
只需幾個簡單步驟:
- 登入會員系統或以訪客身份直接購買
- 進入網上商店選取想要購買的產品
- 選擇需要的數量,並點擊“加入購物車”或“立即購買”
- 點擊右上角“購物車”圖像進行結帳
- 輸入您的送貨資料,並選擇合適付款方式
- 確認訂單和完成交易,您將會收到確認電郵通知
- 訂單處理及安排配送後,您將會收到電郵通知,包含配送詳情
Just a few simple steps:- Login to member system or directly place order as a visitor
- Enter e-Shop and select Product(s)
- Select quantity and click "Add to Cart" or "Shop Now"
- Click the "Shopping Cart" icon on top right corner for payment process
- Input details for delivery and select payment method
- Confirm your order and complete transaction, you'll receive a confirmation notification email afterward
- Once your ordered has been processed and arranged delivery, you'll receive an order completion email including courier information.

香港地區購物淨額滿HK$300,即享免費香港標準配送服務。
購物淨額未滿HK$300,需收取運費HK$30 (只限1公斤內,隨後每公斤收取額外HK$6) 享用香港標準配送服務。澳門:
澳門地區購物淨額滿HK$500,即享免費澳門標準配送服務。
購物淨額未滿HK$500,需收取運費HK$40 (只限1公斤內,隨後每公斤收取額外HK$10) 享用澳門標準配送服務。國內:
國內地區購物將會安排貨到付款配送服務。國內地區配送並不包括西藏、新疆、內蒙、青海、寧夏、甘肅。
其他地區:
如需配送往香港、澳門或國內以外地區,請於下單前先向LOTY health客戶服務查詢 (電郵cs@lotyhealth.com),以安排配送服務及運費計算。配送範圍
每張訂單只限送往一個指定地址。如要將貨品配送不同地址,請按不同地址分開下單,需注意每張訂單必須購物至淨額滿方能享有免費標準配送服務。郵政信箱、公用設施場所、任何酒店地址、任何須經批准進入之地方均不適用作為送貨地址。
配送時間
訂單將於付款成功並確認後2-4個工作天內處理及配送,送貨時間以快遞公司為準及視貨存而定。當烈風訊號懸掛、紅色或黑色暴雨警告生效時,送貨服務將會延期。如需特別安排,請自行與快遞公司職員聯絡。
如顧客因個人理由未能收件,請自行與快遞公司職員聯絡安排。
如快遞員於派送包裹時未能成功聯絡收件人,或顧客填寫錯誤送貨或聯絡資料,包裹派送時間將會受到影響或延後,貨品或會被列為拒收貨品。
如包裹屢次派送失敗,貨品會被列為拒收貨品,顧客的訂單可能會被取消並且不獲退款。詳情請查閱有關的條款及細則。
We provide delivery service for shopping in the e-Shop of this Website
Shipping fee and delivery method
Except for the activities specifically indicated, the shipping fee are as follows:
Hong Kong:
With net purchases of HK$300 or above, you can enjoy free standard delivery service within area of Hong Kong
Net purchases of less than HK$300, a shipping fee of HK$30 will be charged (Maxinium 1KG, an additional HK$6 per KG will be charged) to enjoy the standard delivery service.
Macao:
With net purchases of HK$500 or above, you can enjoy free standard delivery service within area of Macao
Net purchases of less than HK$500, a shipping fee of HK$40 will be charged (Maxinium 1KG, an additional HK$10 per KG will be charged) to enjoy the standard delivery service.
Mainland China:
A cash on delivery service will be arranged for order to Mainland China. Delivery service exclude the area of Tibet, Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia, Qinghai, Ningxia, Gansu.
Other area:
If you need to ship to area outside Hong Kong, Macao and Mainland China, pleasse contact LOTY health customer service (email cs@lotyhealth.com) before placing order, we'll arrange delivery and estimate shipping fee.
Delivery Address
Each order can only be delivered to one Given Address. If you need to deliver goods to different addresses, please place order separately. Please be noted each order must be purchased to meet the net amount to enjoy the free standard delivery service.
The Given Address cannot be references to PO Boxes; any public facilities; an address of any hotel; or any place where permission to access is required.
Delivery Time
The order will be processed and arranged delivery with 2-4 working days after payment success and confirmed. The delivery time is subject to the courier and depends on the inventory.
When the signal of tropical cyclone No. 8 or above, red or black rainstorm warning is hoisted, the delivery service will be postponed. If you need any special arrangements, please contact courier staff by yourself.
If the customer fails to receive the parcel due to personal reasons, please contact courier staff to make re-arrangement.
If courier fails to contact the recipient during delivery the parcel, or the customers provided wrong delivery or contact information, delivery time will be affected or delayed; and the Products may be treated as Abandoned Products..
If the parcel fails to be delivered repeatedly, the Products will be treated as Abandoned Products. The order may be cancelled and no refund will be made. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for details.

Q: How to become a member?
A: You only need to accumulate purchases of HK$10,000 or more within 1 year in the e-Shop of this Website, you will automatically become a LOTY health exclusive Member. As a Member, you can enjoy irregular shopping discounts, rewards offer ,new product pre-orders, and new product trails privileges.
Q: Which payment methods are accepted?
A: We accept he following payment methods: credit cards of Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Union Pay. We will provie you with more payment methods in the future.
Q: Can I change or cancel the order?
A: After you completed the online order process in the e-Shop, any ordered product information or delivery Given Address of the transaction cannot be changed or canceled. If you found any personal information is incorrect after confirming the order, please contact customer service via "Connect With Us" in this Website or email cs@lotyhealth.com as soon as possible. Our service hours are 9 am-6 pm from Mon to Saturday (except public holiday).
Q: Do you accept returns or refunds?
A: Generally, if the order has been confirmed and completed, no refund will be accepted. If you find quality problems or discrepancy of the content of the order, please provide customer name, phone number and order number on the order through " Connect With Us" page of the website or email to cs@lotyhealth.com with seven working days after receiving the goods, we will follow up as soon as possible.
